Lazer Mfg. Block Seal

Lazer block seal is a fast drying, textured, elastomeric acrylic waterproofing, adhesive, insulating ceramic primer block sealer.  It is a water-borne, latex based, high resin content formula with ceramic pigments that seals and primes most surfaces preparing it for top coat.  It is a waterproofing primer sealer that will bond, seal and help insulate most any new or existing exterior surface.  The high resin content provides excellent adhesion to the surface then forming a tight bond to the finish coat.  The bond that is formed between Lazer block seal and the finish coat eliminates any possibility of moisture under the finish coat, thus extending the coatings life considerably.  

Excellent adhesion on most any surface including: weathered wood, shakes, plywood, clapboard, primed metal, galvanized, aluminum, tin, copper, asbestos, asphalt, urethane, polyester, adobe, brick, stucco, concrete, clay, masonry, slate, slab and various other substrates. For use on residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Lazer Block Seal has been tested to both ASTM 331 and ASTM 547 referenced in the AAMA 200-09 requirement. These are the test methods for water penetration of exterior windows.

Standard practice for the installation of windows with frontal flanges for surface barrier masonry construction for extreme wind/water conditions.  A high performance product that the applicators will really appreciate.  It has been tested to meet extreme wind and water standards, as a system.

The product goes on easy, No primers needed and is quickly tack free.
