The Garage Vent Kit adds on to any roof or curb mount unit. An adapter sleeve is installed to the underside of the fan assembly creating an air tight venting system that pulls hot air out of your garage.

Kit includes 8 feet of Type 5 ETL Listed flexible duct piping. The duct pipe connects to the attic fan and ceiling fixture with two aluminum adapter sleeves. Includes all hardware and installation instructions.

An attractive trim ring holds a specially designed vent screen to allow air to move freely up and out of the venting system. The white powder-coated aluminum trim ring is easily installed on the garage ceiling.

How Does a Solar Attic Fan Work?
Heat Builds
- Heat builds inside an improperly vented attic. The sun beats down on a homes' roof and heats up the enclosed attic space. Passive vents (soffit or gable) allow some circulation but do not provide the pressure needed to force out the hot air
Air Movement
- Solar attic fan provides air circulation. The photovoltaic panel of the solar attic fan collects sunlight that powers the fans motor to increase air movement
Hot Air Forced Out
- Air circulation moves hot air out of attic space. The increased air circulation provides the pressure needed to force out the hot air from your attic. Attic venting can cool your attic space up to 40 degrees
