Hybri-Roll®

HYBRI-ROLL® is a fluid applied, waterproofing, and air/water barrier based on STP-E Polymer chemistry. The product is odorless, neutral and isocyanate free. The low VOC formula meets American and European safety and environmental regulations regarding the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

HYBRI-ROLL® can be roller or trowel applied to produce a seamless, elastomeric, waterproofing membrane on exterior wall surfaces. HYBRI-ROLL® prevents water and air ingress into the building envelope. It can also be applied during inclement weather eliminating costly weather delays during construction. HYBRI-ROLL® is fully compatible with HYBRI- FLASH® and Pro-MS50 to provide a complete waterproofing system for rough openings in exterior sheathing and CMU walls.

HYBRI-ROLL® is paintable with almost all common acrylic- based paints. Test alkyd-based paints for suitability. HYBRI- ROLL® can be painted after 1 hour of cure under normal atmospheric conditions.
